Management (Engineering)Government - Local (Government & Defence)Full timeTotal remuneration package between $185-190kA team that aims high | Lead a team of 2 direct and 20+ indirect reportsRemuneration package between $185,000 - $190,000 p.a.Full Time, 5-Year Contract Opportunity.About the OpportunityBased in Adelaide, reporting to the Associate Director, Infrastructure you will provide strategic leadership and performance reporting for the Technical Services function which comprises of our Technical Design and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for managing and leading all aspects of technical engineering, design, architecture, landscape architecture, surveying, traffic management and development engineering services.You will have a leadership style which is naturally empowering, supportive, collaborative, encouraging and drives culture, which will enable you to meet the requirements of the capital and renewal works program to Councils budget and delivery timelines as well as all aspects of technical design standards and quality requirements.Some of the exciting projects we have underway are:Greening City StreetsCity Bikeways ProjectsAbout UsLocated in the geographic heart of Kaurna Country, the City of Adelaide celebrates its cultural heritage, unique natural surrounds and structures its footprint in a way that allows it to adapt to the changing needs of the community and a dynamic global landscape.
