Restoration Technician

The Group is proudly Australian owned and operated and provides professional fire and water damage restoration services primarily to the insurance industry 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.Your responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Inspect, plan and report on damage/loss to contents itemsPerform emergency "make safe" works to mitigate further damage on initial attendance at site where requiredDemonstrate proficiency in restoration techniques, processes, and procedures, including treatment, cleaning and sanitising of contents items Undertake deployment, monitoring and collection of equipment from siteUnderstanding and meeting Insurer and internal Cowan Restoration Group Key Performance IndicatorsEntering claims information into the Customer Relationship Management system Participation on the after hours on call roster Undertaking any other duties and tasks as directed by management.Willingness and ability to travel locally and interstate as required What are we looking for?
