Data-Driven Leadership: Apply rigorous analytics to identify priorities and measure performance across safety, sustainability, and cultural initiatives. Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a small team of professionals, fostering collaboration and capability development. Cultural Transformation: Drive a proactive and generative safety culture through leadership programs, training, and engagement. Qualifications 10+ years experience in safety and sustainability across manufacturing and FMCG environments. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Expertise in managing diverse safety risks and sustainability impacts. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
