Founded in 1977, HSI has seen tremendous growth supported by innovative technology, robust systems, and exceptional customer support.Our mission is to make the workplace and community safer.We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Executive in our Sydney, NSW business.As an Account Executive - (AE) you''ll qualify inbound leads, conduct demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue through new customer acquisition and will own the sales process for prospects interested in purchasing HSI Donesafe''s products and servicesOTCOn-Target Commission (OTC): $75,000, with strong upside for top performers including 21% commission on 3+ year subscription deals plus an additional +10% kicker when you hit 110%+ quarterly achievement.RequirementsEssential FunctionsComplete prospect sales consultations set by Business Development RepresentativesGuide prospect through the consultative sales process from initial consultation to new customer acquisitionExecute a Sales Plan for achieving assigned revenue targetsExceed quarterly targetsGenerate referrals and penetrate accounts vertically and horizontally to maximize sales opportunities across multiple solutionsMaintain extremely accurate Salesforce accounts and forecastsHigh level of competency in proposal preparation, deal structuring, ROI analysis, discovery, deal advancement and closing the sale.Continuously grow your knowledge of products, industry, and competitionCompetenciesAdaptability The ability to readily modify, respond to, and integrate change with minimal personal resistancePositive Interactions - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communicationGrit The desire and willingness to go beyond expectations to meet goals and objectives and encourages the same in teammatesCommunication- Clearly conveys detailed and complex information and ideas to various levels of management through a variety of media in a manner to help them understand and retain the messages.Influence - The ability to bring one''s view across clearly without damaging the relationship with the other partyQualifications3+ years of experience selling SaaS Software3+ years of quota-carrying sales experienceTrack record of exceeding quota in past positionsStrong computer skills, including and MS Office Applications.Experience with Health and Safety (Desirable)BenefitsWhat We OfferRemote/Hybrid working environment.Employee Assistance Programs (Both for employee and family)Company Performance Bonus ProgramWorking alongside highly motivated colleagues in a dynamic team environmentHSI Learning and DevelopmentGenerous salary package and bonusesWe are a company that cares deeply for its employees, and we understand that all of us have lives outside of work.
