This role is responsible for developing and executing the APAC sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the APAC business landscape, a strong track record in B2B sales, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support market expansion and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the APAC territory sales strategy aligned with global business objectivesLead, coach, and develop a sales team to meet and exceed targetsIdentify new market opportunities and drive business development across diverse APAC marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholdersForecast regional revenue, monitor performance metrics, and report to senior leadershipCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support go-to-market initiativesRequirementsMinimum 810 years experience in territory sales leadership, ideally within APACBackground in engineering and construction software is a plus.Proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and managing cross-country teamsStrong understanding of cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics across APACExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsWillingness to travel within the region as requiredIf you''re passionate about driving growth, tackling complex business challenges, and fostering strong customer relationships, you''ll find success and fulfilment in our Commercial team.RIB may require all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
