Internal Sales and Customer Support Role Location Sydney Reports To: Operations Manager Your key responsibilities will include: Prepare quotes and variations as per customer requests in a timely manner Process orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare Bills of Materials and keep product costs in check Update and Maintain Quote Register for all product and customer information Maintain up to date and accurate customer and supplier records including pricing data Collaborate with sales, production, logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Assist customers with after sales support and general enquiries as required. All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate demonstrates following experience & skills: Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in Supply Chain management Time Management Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a team player attitude Ability to multitask, be able to work under pressure and prioritise the tasks in the order of urgency
