SolarEdge Technologies Australia is looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy, and hungry go-getter Sales Manager to join our outstanding sales team.This role involves working closely with key partners in Solar Distribution, Solar Retail, and Solar Installation businesses. You will develop successful sales strategies, negotiate supply agreements, provide product training, introduce new products, and manage day-to-day business in the NSW region.If you are a hands-on, energetic, highly motivated, sales-driven team player willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure the company''s success, and to help drive SolarEdge''s revenue and market share, this position is for you!What will you be doing?Identify and close sales opportunities aligned with the companys strategic plans and financial objectives in the region.Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts.Actively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors, and utility companies.Provide revenue forecasts and review sales results to meet targets; take corrective actions as needed.Nurture relationships with leading PV project developers to ensure SolarEdge remains their supplier of choice.Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.Assist product management in defining and improving the product portfolio for the Perth market based on feedback and industry trends.Contribute to marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the territory.Execute brand and messaging strategies effectively and act as an external brand ambassador.Attend tradeshows and conferences.Collaborate with local and international teams to define and meet sales targets.Minimum RequirementsPrevious experience in the Solar industry is recommended.Ideally, a minimum of 3+ years experience in technical sales.A proven track record of overachievement, growing market share, and closing large deals.Strong technical aptitude to understand SolarEdge products and communicate their benefits effectively.Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.Success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth environments.Customer service focus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with international organizations is a plus.Proven ability to work autonomously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
