To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in achieving and exceeding financial objectives; demonstrated strong leadership skills / potentials and excellent customer service skills. Your ability to work independently and as part of the team, and good work ethics are equally important to this role. Your ResponsibilityWork closely with the Store Manager in managing the daily operation of the storeOversee all aspects of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager including supervising employees and volunteers, and handling customer complaintsDrive to achieve maximum sales performanceDemonstrated understanding of KPIs/budgets; and the needs of the business and the people we serveEnsure a safe working environment for allSupport the consistent implementation of store policies and procedures. You Will NeedExperience in achieving or exceeding sales and KPI benchmarksDemonstrated leadership skills or potentials that can be utilised and further enhanced through training and developmentKeen interest in mentoring a dynamic team of employees and volunteersAbility to understand financial objectives /budgets.
