The organisation continues to enhance its services with innovative programs, making it the Aged Care Service Provider of choice in the area.Role DescriptionMWP Community Care is seeking a Philanthropy & Fundraising Manager three days week to join our team in the Greater Sydney Area. In this on-site role, you will develop and implement strategies to increase philanthropic contributions, manage relationships with major donors, and coordinate fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the COO, you will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute annual giving campaigns, build partnerships with charities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to enhance our mission and community impact. Your work will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for older adults in the local community.QualificationsExperience in cultivating relationships with major donors and knowledge of philanthropyStrong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectivelyUnderstanding of charitable organisations and experience with annual giving campaignsStrategic thinking and goal-oriented approach to fundraising initiativesProficient in project management, budgeting, and event planningAbility to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate leadership skillsExperience in the aged care or nonprofit sector is an advantage
