Marketing Executive, Australia The Marketing Executive supports the Oceania Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, partnerships, promotions, and brand initiatives across the Australian market. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for coordinating marketing activities, materials, and reporting to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams, the role contributes to strengthening brand presence, supporting commercial initiatives, and delivering a seamless customer experience across Plaza Premium Lounge and Aerotel products.This role is based in our bright and lively Sydney CBD office, with occasional travel to airport locations to support property and outlet audits, activations, and on-site coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Promotion ExecutionSupport the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations across digital and offline channels.Assist in building and maintaining the annual Marketing Promotions Calendar.Track campaign performance and prepare basic KPI reporting and summaries.Partnerships & Commercial SupportProvide marketing and research support for partnership and sales initiatives, including preparation of materials and presentations.Support commercial teams at trade events, roadshows, and partner activities, including coordination of logistics and marketing assets.Assist with market research, competitor tracking, and industry insights to support commercial decision-making.Brand & Asset ManagementCoordinate production, printing, and delivery of marketing collateral and point-of-sale materials.Liaise with designers and agencies to deliver creative assets, including print, digital placements, eDMs, and onsite materials.Conduct property audits, e.g., lounge and hotel, to ensure branding, signage, and campaign materials are correctly implemented and aligned with brand guidelines.Reporting & InsightsPrepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reportsCompile customer survey feedback and assist in summarising customer insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.Coordination & AdministrationTrack marketing budgets and support monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.Maintain accurate records of campaigns, assets, and supplier coordination.Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support smooth execution.Key Skills & CompetenciesGood understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution (digital and offline).Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Excellent organisational and project coordination abilities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to interpret basic analytics, customer insights, and market trends.Confident and professional in working with internal teams, partners, and suppliers.Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.High commitment to delivering quality work and supporting a seamless customer experience.Experience coordinating with agencies, designers, or external vendors is an advantage.Basic knowledge of CRM/eDM platforms, digital analytics tools, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Experience & Qualifications12 years'' experience in a marketing, communications, or commercial support role.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Exposure to hospitality, travel, or premium/luxury consumer brands is an advantage.Experience in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments is preferred.
