Known for results-driven formulations and strong commercial performance, we''re scaling locally and globally with multiple new market launches ahead.We are strengthening our marketing capability and are seeking a capable and commercially minded Marketing Executive to play a central role in executing marketing across digital channels.This is a critical execution role responsible for social media, influencer partnerships, EDM deployment, Shopify content updates, and campaign rollout. You will be responsible for ensuring marketing assets are delivered, quality-checked, and deployed accurately and on schedule across all digital channels.This role is suited to someone experienced, detail-driven, and capable of operating in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment.The RoleThis role ensures that marketing campaigns and content are deployed accurately and consistently across all digital touchpoints. You will work closely with the Head of Brand Growth and creative team, who will provide campaign direction and creative assets. Your role is to coordinate, execute, and deploy those assets across social media, EDM, Shopify, and other digital platforms.This is not a creative production role. It is a critical execution role ensuring marketing activity is implemented properly and supports the continued growth of the brand.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage and execute organic social media across Instagram, TikTok, and other platformsSchedule and publish posts aligned with campaign prioritiesWrite captions consistent with brand voice and positioningMonitor engagement and manage comments and messages professionallyEnsure social channels remain active, relevant, and aligned with marketing activityInfluencer and UGC ManagementIdentify and manage influencer relationships aligned with brand positioningCoordinate influencer outreach, gifting, and content creationMaintain a consistent pipeline of influencer and UGC contentSecure usage rights and ensure content is available for marketing useCoordinate integration of influencer content across marketing channelsEDM and Email ExecutionBuild, schedule, and deploy EDM campaignsWrite and adapt email copy aligned with campaign messagingCoordinate email deployment in line with campaign timelinesEnsure accuracy and consistency across email marketing activityShopify and Website Content ManagementUpdate and maintain website content using ShopifyUpload campaign assets, product content, and landing page updatesEnsure website reflects current campaigns, launches, and marketing prioritiesSupport implementation of campaign-related website updatesCampaign Coordination, Asset Management & DeploymentCoordinate the delivery of marketing assets from the creative team in line with campaign timelinesEnsure all assets are delivered on schedule and ready for deploymentPerform quality control checks on all marketing assets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and suitability for useEnsure assets are correctly formatted for their intended platforms (EDM, Shopify, social, paid media, etc.)Coordinate timely deployment of assets across social media, EDM, Shopify, and digital channelsMaintain campaign calendars and ensure execution deadlines are metWork closely with the Head of Brand Growth and creative team to ensure smooth and effective campaign executionThis role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing execution keeps pace with the growth of the brand.Experience and Requirements35+ years experience in a marketing or digital marketing roleExperience managing social media for a brandExperience building and deploying EDM campaignsExperience using Shopify or similar ecommerce platformsExperience working with influencersStrong copywriting skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailHighly regarded:Experience working within a beauty, skincare, or ecommerce brandExperience working in direct-to-consumer ecommerceExperience working in performance-focused marketing environmentsThis is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial Australian made skincare brand at an important stage of its development.
