Job DescriptionSenior Content StrategistAt the NSW Department of Education, we educate and inspire lifelong learners from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training. 2x Ongoing full-time positions availableLocated in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements availableClerk Grade 9/10 - $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and leave loadingAbout The RoleLead digital content strategy and governance to drive clear, user-focused content across all channelsCoach and support a team of content specialists to deliver consistent, high-quality web contentPartner with stakeholders and technical teams to improve workflows, lift metadata standards and boost user engagementThe Senior Content Strategist works closely with the Manager, Content Strategy and Operations in leading a team of digital content specialists to support the delivery of high-quality content for digital channels that drives customer engagement and influences positive customer behaviour.The role supports the design and application of the department''s content governance framework to ensure content is accurate and addresses clear user needs.
