Join a purpose-driven organisation using data, technology, and creativity to improve member engagement.As our Email Marketing Specialist Member Experience, you''ll be responsible for building, testing, and deploying automated email campaigns that support the member journey from onboarding through to renewal and beyond.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning insights into action, managing segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting to ensure members receive timely, relevant, and meaningful communications. If you''re looking for meaningful work, a strong team culture, and the chance to make a difference this is the place for you.Learn more about working at RANZCR and the benefits we offer: What you''ll be doing Build, test, and deploy segmented, personalised email campaigns across the member lifecycle (onboarding, renewal, engagement, and re-engagement).Manage automated and triggered workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools (MS Dynamics preferred).Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all communications.Monitor and report on email performance metrics, providing insights to drive optimisation.Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to align messaging and campaign timing with broader marketing efforts.Assist in developing robust processes and establishing new ways of working for preparing and sending member communications.Support the Manager, Member Journey & Lifecycle Marketing, in delivering data-driven lifecycle campaigns that enhance member engagement and retention.About you 24 years'' hands-on experience in email marketing, digital campaign execution, or CRM-based engagement.Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (MS Dynamics preferred).Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalisation, and automation workflows.Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance.Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.Collaborative team player able to align campaigns with multiple stakeholders.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing Industries Higher Education
