You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to implement agreed marketing priorities, manage external agencies, and support sales and operational teams across multiple business units.You will not be responsible for creating content or design assets directly. Instead, you will brief, coordinate and quality-check agencies, ensuring marketing activity is delivered on time, on brief and aligned to business objectives.This role sits outside of business unit leadership teams and the executive group, but works closely with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, engineering and HR.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesIncluding but not limited to:Coordinate and manage group-wide marketing activity across multiple sites and business unitsAct as the central point of coordination for marketing activity across the GroupManage and consolidate multiple external marketing agenciesOwn agency briefs, timelines, deliverables and performance managementWork with sales teams to improve CRM hygiene and campaign attributionCoordinate marketing-related data inputs into SalesforceCoordinate customer testimonials, case studies and reference approvalsWork with sales teams to identify suitable customers for marketing proof pointsCoordinate planning and logistics for industry events across all business sitesSupport sales teams with event preparation, collateral coordination and attendance planningCoordinate development of sales enablement materials such as capability decks, sector overviews and customer presentationsAct as the internal owner of website accuracy, relevance and consistencyPartner with HR on internal communications, employer branding and careers contentActively explore and apply AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and workflowQualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience7+ years'' experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, manufacturing or technical environmentsProven experience managing external agencies and partnersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrentlyExperience working with Salesforce or CRM platforms (highly regarded)Comfortable working with senior sales, engineering, operations and HR stakeholdersPractical understanding of how marketing supports sales and commercial outcomesInterest in applying AI tools to modern marketing workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhy work with us?Newly created role with clear purpose and scopeExposure to advanced manufacturing and high-reliability industriesOpportunity to bring structure and clarity to a growing groupClose collaboration with senior leadership without excessive bureaucracyAbility to influence how marketing operates across a multi-site organisationSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Manufacturing
