The BDM/ Marketing Candidate will be: Highly motivated Enthusiastic Customer Focused Oversee all aspects of marketing. Promoting the Business. Implementing marketing strategies/ initiatives. Business Development New Business Leeds Tasks and responsibilities Refine Renfay into tendering for public works, residential and commercial projects. Organising presentations, meeting etc. A creative and effective marketing plan is implemented to ensure regular promotion. To connect and engage with current, past and new clients regularly through appropriate communications including newsletters, magazines, direct mail and social media. New Business Candidate Profile: Tertiary qualifications in Building, Marketing, Communications or a related field. A background in a school or education environment will be highly regarded. Well-developed oral and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office and Adobe software''s. Experience in website management and an understanding in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Google Analytics. Experience in social media management including organic and sponsored/paid posts. Experience in event management. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise workload, work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
