This South-West Sydney facility is undergoing significant growth, including investment in a new line, increasing output, and strengthening operational structure, making this an exciting time for a Production Manager to join.Job DescriptionReporting to the GM, the Production Manager is responsible for leading people, plant, and performance across the site. You will drive execution of the master production schedule, uphold strict product quality and food safety standards, partner closely with Maintenance, QA, R&D, and Planning, manage labour resources, and deliver on key KPIs including safety, efficiency, and cost. The role is handson, requiring strong troubleshooting capability, effective communication, and continuous improvement focus especially during the commissioning and optimisation of the new production lineThe Successful ApplicantYou are an experienced Production Manager or a Senior Supervisor with people leadership experience ready to step up with a background in FMCG or food manufacturing. You bring strong leadership capability, a practical and solutionsfocused approach, and experience in people development, plant troubleshooting, and implementing improvements.
