QUALITY OFFICER - FOOD MANUFACTURING

Youll ensure speciality products meet the highest safety and quality standards while driving process improvements, supplier excellence, and innovation.On offer:Dynamic hybrid role mixing hands-on and strategic responsibilities.Opportunity to shape and elevate quality systems in an innovative food manufacturing environment.Collaborative, supportive team culture with a focus on continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Conduct QC checks and testing across production to maintain food safety and compliance.Lead projects that enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels.Train and mentor production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Leads audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives.Essential requirements youll bring:Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role (hybrid - QC & Technical Lead) and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards.Hands-on QC and laboratory experience within food manufacturing.Analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting.Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications highly desirable.A good understanding of the dynamics of a family-run business.Join a team dedicated to operational excellence, innovation, and food safety!To submit your application in strict confidence, click the ''apply'' button.
