Whether through negotiation or courtroom representation, we leverage our extensive experience to help clients resolve matters and move forward with confidence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE up to Senior Associate level located in the Sydney CBD. The Family Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on family law matters, preparing legal documents, and representing clients during negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. The role requires analyzing case details, strategic planning, and maintaining clear communication with clients to manage expectations and achieve favorable outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely within a collaborative legal team to deliver exceptional client service.QualificationsA strong background in Family Law, including knowledge of legal processes, regulations, and proceduresExceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills for representing clients in court and during negotiationsProficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents such as affidavits, agreements, and applicationsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyCollaborative and empathetic approach to working with clients, demonstrating professionalism and discretionAdmission as a solicitor in Australia and a valid NSW practicing certificateRelevant law degree and demonstrated experience in Family Law practiceKnowledge or experience in Criminal Law or Wills & Estates litigation is advantageous
