Strong analytic skills, including the ability to identify and analyse legal issues, risks and solutions.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with an eye for detail. Proactively manage and mentor a high performing team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to sophisticated internal stakeholders together with ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Ability to work efficiently and accurately and manage multiple engagements, processes and competing priorities.
