In this role you will partner closely with the executive team and board to guide complex strategic, governance, and compliance matters.There is a significant hands-on component to this role, and you will need to be comfortable working in the operational and strategic space.The RoleYou''ll serve as the principal legal adviser, overseeing all legal and risk management activities across research, commercialisation, partnerships, and corporate governance. This includes:Advising on IP management, contracts, data, privacy, and stakeholder engagement.Providing strategic legal and board-level counsel on organisational operations and research initiatives.Leading governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across all divisions.Supporting research commercialisation and strategic collaborations with industry and government.About YouYou''re a senior in-house lawyer or legal leader with a strong blend of commercial, corporate, and governance expertiseideally gained in research, healthcare, not for profit, or related sectors.
