Weve created a unique model where we provide in-house style services to clients, becoming an extension of in-house legal and ER teams to provide extra capacity and/or expertise. Due to our growth, we have an opportunity for another outstanding Legal Counsel / ER Specialist.Yourwill work on a variety of high-quality employment, safety and ER work for multiple large employers, across different industries, with no billable hours or timesheet requirements.If you are high-performing, commercially savvy, highly efficient and comfortable providing clear and decisive legal and ER advice, we welcome your application.Ideally full-time, but we are open to part-time (of at least three days per week), this role can be performed remotely, or from our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Newcastle.What Were Looking ForWe want good humans.People who are curious, driven, collaborative and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
