You will advise the Board and Executive on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic legal advice across all areas of the businessLead contract negotiations, corporate transactions, and regulatory complianceDevelop and oversee risk management, governance, and legal frameworksManage legal disputes and external counsel relationshipsAdvise senior stakeholders on emerging legal and regulatory developmentsBuild and lead a high-performing legal functionThe Successful ApplicantSenior legal qualifications (admitted to practice in Australia)10+ years'' post-qualification experience, with a strong track record in corporate/commercial lawIn-house experience at senior level, in FMCG desirableExceptional judgement, leadership and communication skillsAbility to operate with discretion and navigate complex, fast-paced environmentsHas international exposureWhat''s on OfferThis is a rare opportunity to step into a trusted, strategic leadership role within a values-led and ambitious organisation.Attractive package on offer.Base salary of 250-275K AUD p.a. + Superannuation + Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
