Technical LeadMode of work: Hybrid Exp level : yearsLocation in Australia: Sydney Key Responsibilities:Technical LeadershipAct as the primary technical authority for D365FO solutions.Guide and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with functional leads and architects to align technical solutions with business requirements.Solution Design & DevelopmentDesign and implement complex customizations and extensions in D365FO.Contribute / Develop integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions) and other middleware.Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions.Quality AssuranceConduct code reviews and enforce quality standards across different teams.Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues across environments.Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with customer technical and functional teams.Provide technical guidance during workshops, design reviews, and UAT.Required Expertise:Core D365FO ModulesFinance: GL, AP, AR.Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Control.Warehouse Management: Advanced WMS, inbound/outbound processes, picking/packing strategies.Technical SkillsX++ development, extensions, and customizations.Data management framework (DMF), OData, and batch jobs.LCS environment management and deployment pipelines.Integration patterns using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API management.Performance & OptimizationExperience with Premier Performance Testing environments.Ability to optimize code and queries for large-scale implementations.Soft SkillsStrong communication and leadership capabilities.Ability to work under pressure in a complex, multi-vendor environment.Ability to co-ordinate and mentor large teams across time zones.Certifications / Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Architect Expert. (mandatory)Experience in large-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations.Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for extended solutions.
