You will partner with traders, product and technology to turn ideas into measurable results.Lead advanced analytics that sharpen pricing and risk decisions across Trading.Shape and grow a highperforming data science team with clear standards.Partner with traders and product teams to design, test and deploy models.Create robust, welldocumented pricing models for sport and racing events.Optimise model performance through monitoring, experimentation and continuous ongoing improvement.Champion ethical, purposeled use of data to enhance customer outcomes.What You''ll Need To SucceedYou are a curious, handson leader who balances scientific rigour with practical delivery.
