Your new roleIn this role, you will:Design and deliver customercentred digital interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, accessible and aligned to best practiceSupport the delivery of the digital experience framework, working closely with the Senior UX Designer and broader design community across AUSPAC and Global teamsContribute to customer research activities, including qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing and validation, to inform design decisionsTranslate customer insights into optimised digital journeys, improving endtoend task completion and customer experience outcomesDeliver highquality digital assets in line with established design standards, processes and style guidesSupport testing, optimisation and QA activities to ensure digital assets perform as intended across channelsAbout YouYou''ll bring a strong foundation in UI and UX design, combined with a customerled mindset and a passion for creating highquality digital experiences.Proven experience delivering UI and interaction design within an agile or scrumbased digital delivery environmentStrong usercentred design thinking, with the ability to apply research, testing and data to inform design decisionsHigh proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Creative Cloud, Sketch and related wireframing toolsWorking knowledge of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 desirable)Demonstrated experience supporting user testing, validation and design optimisation, working closely with designers, developers and product teamsRelevant tertiary qualification in UI Design, Web Design, Interactive Design or similar, supported by a strong online portfolio showcasing customerfocused outcomesBenefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
