This role will be based in our Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This role is integral to the delivery of claims management services to our clients. You will handle a portfolio of general insurance claims for Local Government clients, with a focus on liability claims.We will count on you to:Manage end-to-end processes for a mixed portfolio of primarily Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims;Conduct accurate reserving, claims investigation, manage claims costs, and negotiate with various third parties;Build and maintain rapport with clients;Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and reinsurers.What you need to have:Good written and oral communication skills;The ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required;The ability to work in Australia.We are open to receiving applications from candidates new to the industry, as well as experienced candidates.
