In this role, you''ll:Work as part of a team that manages the end-to-end portfolio of Public Liability, Construction and Recovery claims. This role will see you managing claims from members of the public as well as assisting Transport with the submission of over excess insurance claims.You will deliver quality, prompt and efficient service and advice to claimants, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement, policies, and procedures.
