As a Claims Consultant, youll be at the heart of our claims experiencehelping customers navigate property loss with empathy, efficiency, and integrity. Youll manage claims end-to-end, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring every interaction builds trust and delivers fair outcomes. Youll collaborate with internal teams and external partners like builders and suppliers to ensure timely repairs and replacements. This is a full-time, permanent role based nationwide, with flexible working options available.
