Known for combining technical depth with a collaborative and respectful culture, the business is scaling its Professional Services function to meet increasing customer demand.This growth has created an opportunity for a mid-level Implementation Consultant to join a structured, high-performing team of delivery professionals.Approximately 70% of this role is hands-on configuration and solutioning within a SaaS platform.You will translate business requirements into structured data models, business rules, workflows and financial calculations, while working directly with customers to drive clarity and strong outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure insurance products, workflows and business rules within a SaaS platformTranslate customer requirements into structured system configurationDesign and work with relational data modelsApply financial logic, calculations and validation rulesEngage directly with customers to clarify requirements and challenge constructively where requiredContribute to solution architecture discussions as capability growsSupport data migration and integration considerationsCollaborate with senior consultants and team leads within a structured delivery environmentDesired Skills and AttributesExperience configuring complex SaaS platformsStrong understanding of relational data structures and modellingWorking knowledge of SQL for validation, reporting or data interrogationExperience implementing business rules and financial logicConfidence working directly with customers and stakeholdersAbility to drive clarity in ambiguous environmentsStructured thinking with a strong sense of ownershipExposure to general insurance, policy administration or claims systems is highly regardedProfessional maturity, accountability and proactive communication styleStrength in at least two of the following areas will be highly valued: technical configuration capability, customer consulting experience, or insurance domain knowledge.Why Join?You will join a scaling SaaS organisation with a clear professional services structure and defined career pathways.
