These are important roles within the business where you can positively impact quality of life for people who have suffered personal injuries at work.This is a 12-month contract role based in Sydney, with a hybrid work environment.What youll doManage a portfolio of Personal Injury Claims for Small, Medium and Large employers in NSWAccurately review and assess claims on behalf of iCare ensuring injured workers received their correct entitlementsClear and concise communication with all stakeholdersManage workflow to ensure that all activities are completed within applicable timeframesProactively collaborate with internal support and external stakeholders to ensure proactive Case ManagementProvide an excellent level of customer service to the legislative authority, employers and injured workers through compliance with legislation, timely response times and efficiency in processingWhat youll bringStrong team player with a proven track record of providing excellent customer serviceExceptional listening and communication skills in a high-volume work environmentStrong analytical or Quality Assurance focusAbility to demonstrate compassion and empathy for the customerProven ability to build rapport with customers and key partnersAbility to interpret complex information and respond by developing appropriate actionsHigh standard of written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims would be highly regardedAllied Health experience would be highly regardedWhat we can offer youSuncorp''s employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
