Its a role that blends strategy with action, and influence with collaboration.You will report to the Head of People and sit within the Strategic Business Partnering team.In this role you will:Partner with General Managers to design and deliver people strategies that align with business goalsInfluence enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiativesDrive performance frameworks and change leadershipUse data and insights to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate across Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutionsAbout YouYou bring a thoughtful, inclusive approach to everything you do.
