Working directly with the Business Partner, PeoplePartnering, you will partner specifically with our Building Services, Audio Visual, Business Services(Finance & ICT) and Live Events teams.In this role, youwill;Partner with our Leaders across the business to provide advice, guidance, and support in their day-to-day operation across the whole team member life cycle.Drive permanent recruitment, supporting hiring managers to source, select and retain their talent.Provide advice and counsel on employee and industrial relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations and handling team member complaints or grievances in an appropriate and timely manner.Act as a subject matter expert for Workers Compensation, managing claims and encouraging and coordinating the safe return to work of injured team members.Collaborate and influence to implement best practice HR solutions, keeping up with industry trends and research.Collaborate with the wider team on engagement, well-being, and diversity & inclusion initiatives & solutions.Why ICC Sydney?ICC Sydney offers more than just a job we provide the chance to bepart of something extraordinary.
