The firm specialises in corporate and commercial advisory work, finance and property transactions, M&A, and commercial litigation. In terms of people, the firm has around 50 employees and an excellent tenure, which is reflective of expert knowledge and personalised client services.Your new roleAs the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is a standalone, part-time role (no more than 3 days per week) based in a central Sydney office, working closely with the payroll manager, finance manager, and the firm''s founder.
