Our success is built on superior products, outstandingservice, and a company culture thats as dynamic as the technology we create.We believe in fulfilling work experiences and are committed to our customers,employees, and communities.As we expand our presence across Asia Pacific, we areseeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Human Resources (HR) tohelp drive this growth, shape our company culture, and establish foundationalHR practices tailored to our regional needs.What You Will Do:Serve as the primary HR partner for our Asia Pacific officesin Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China, advising senior leaders onstrategic HR decisions and supporting the cultivation of a positive andhigh-performing organisational culture.Develop and implement scalable HR frameworks includingperformance management, talent development, and leadership support that alignwith both global priorities and local requirements.Partner on new employee onboarding and orientation acrossall locations, ensuring a consistent and supportive start to every employeesjourney with Yardi.Ensure compliance with local employment laws and industrialrelations requirements across all relevant jurisdictions, particularlyAustralian Fair Work legislation and modern awards. Adapt HR policies andprocedures as needed to remain aligned with evolving legal standards andbusiness objectives.Design and deliver learning and development initiatives,with a focus on leadership capability, HR compliance, employee engagement, andongoing professional growth.Partner with our global HR team to support cohesiveexecution of key initiatives and ensure regional HR strategies reflect globalgoals.Work alongside hiring managers to define workforce needs andbuild clear, effective position descriptions.Occasionally manage full-cycle recruitment forbusiness-critical or hard-to-fill positions, including sourcing, interviewing,and guiding offer negotiations.Maintain and build strong relationships with externalrecruitment partners and agency networks.Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts inthe region to attract top-tier talent.Offer practical, hands-on HR support and advice, using yourexpertise to navigate complex challenges and deliver thoughtful,business-aligned solutions.Travel to regional offices as required to strengthenrelationships, reinforce our culture, and support local HR needs on the ground.What You Bring to the Table:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or relateddiscipline, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.In-depth knowledge of Australian employment legislation andHR best practices, including demonstrated experience managing complex employeerelations matters across multiple jurisdictions.A proven track record of innovation in HR, with strongexperience building high-functioning teams and efficient HR processes in agrowing business.Strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability totranslate vision into action and work hands-on where needed.Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, witha flexible and pragmatic approach to change.A collaborative, curious, and growth-oriented mindsetaligned with Yardis values and mission.What Would Be Helpful:Experience using and administering HRIS platforms.Knowledge of regional HR practices across the Asia Pacific,including Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.Prior experience working within a multinational business andsupporting cross-border teams.What Youll Get as a Yardi Employee:The opportunity to help shape the future of Yardis AsiaPacific HR team, with the potential to grow and develop a high-performing HRfunction.A collaborative, inclusive work culture that values diverseperspectives and experiences.Competitive compensation and benefits package, includingmedical/dental insurance, paid time off, profit sharing, and wellness programs.A global network of over 9,000 employees in 40+ locations,with the chance to learn, develop, and make a real impact on our business.At Yardi, we pride ourselves on being a place whereinnovation meets integrity.
