We believe that only the highest-performingteams that maximize the power of different perspectives can succeed in this fast-changing environmentThe role: Dayforce Payroll ConsultantTo deliver and create innovative insights for clients through the design and implementation of the Dayforce solution across a wide range of industries and using EY methodologies and practices to fit project needs. Our approach to delivering value to our clients is through closely partnering with them on their transformation journey, rather than a light-touch methodology.Your key responsibilitiesDesign and lead Dayforce projects and the Payroll & GL work streams to enhance business functionality, organisational performance, with an exceptional user experiencePlanning and facilitation of client workshops including the development of key deliverables such as Solution Design Blueprints, Configuration workbooks, functional and technical documentationPerform fit-for-purpose analysis, and provide advice, recommendations and reports on technology solutions and industry best practiseDesign, build, testing, deployment and support of the Dayforce solution , including Payroll, General Ledger and People and Process designParticipate in and contribute to opportunity management initiatives such as creating proposals and conducting solution demonstrations and discovery sessionsUndertake Payroll domain specific rather than product specific advisory services such as remediation assessments, develop of business cases, process design and transformation roadmapsWork as part of a broad and experienced People and HR Transformation team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development and career pathSkills and attributes for successRelevant Degree or Qualification (preferred)Experience in designing and implementing Dayforce Payroll and GL in Australia (required), New Zealand (required) and International Locations (optional)Certification in Dayforce modules (preferred)Experience in leading projects or work streams on complex, large-scale engagementsDemonstrated capability in managing senior stakeholder networks and relationshipsProven ability to manage teams, coach colleagues, and provide clear leadership and developmental feedback to team membersWhat we offer youAt EY, well fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
