Location available upon request, NSW.Take over a full patient base from a retiring doctor in a modern, purpose-built mixed billing clinic located by the beach in a coastal community 90 minutes north of central Sydney. Enjoy excellent earnings, strong patient demand, and a supportive, non-corporate environment.Pay Rate: 70% of billings with a $180/hr initial hourly guarantee for the first three months.Practice detailsThis well-established, high-quality mixed billing clinic is ready to welcome a new doctor following the retirement of a long-standing GP. The practice currently has three GPs, including a GP trainer, an IUD inserter, and a skin cancer-accredited GP conducting regular skin checks.The clinic is fully computerised with Best Practice software and features six consulting rooms, two nursing rooms including a two-bed treatment area and modern staff amenities. Youll be supported by one to two nurses and two to three receptionists, depending on the number of doctors consulting, each day, ensuring smooth, well-managed patient flow.Patient demand is strong, with a patient base consisting of a mix of young families, professionals and retirees. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm, and Saturday mornings 8am to 11am, offering flexibility and a balanced lifestyle.LocationLocated in a scenic coastal region one and a half hours north of central Sydney.
