As part of our evolving For Life service model at Warriewood Village, we are strengthening clinical leadership to ensure residents living independently receive safe, responsive and highquality clinical care.This role is central to how care is experienced in the village calm, capable and connected.Your opportunityFull-Time, WarriewoodAs Clinical Lead, you''ll support the delivery of safe, evidencebased and personcentred clinical care for residents living within the village community. Working closely with the Care Operations Manager and Village Leadership Team, you''ll coordinate daytoday clinical activities, support nurses and care workers, and contribute to strong clinical governance and quality outcomes.This is a handson leadership role providing guidance, escalation support and clinical oversight while building confidence and capability within the care team.You will:Support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers to deliver safe, highquality careCoordinate daytoday clinical tasks and workflows within the villageEnsure assessments, documentation and care interventions meet required standardsIdentify and escalate changes in resident condition, risk or compliance concernsLead and support incident management, clinical escalation and afterhours support as requiredContribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and audit readinessParticipate in Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with Case Managers, village teams and external providers to coordinate careEngage residents and families in care planning and decisionmakingSupport safe staffing, rostering accuracy and responsible use of clinical resourcesRolemodel Anglicare''s values, professionalism and clinical standardsWhat you''ll bringYou are a confident, compassionate Registered Nurse who enjoys leading others and supporting safe, highquality care. You balance clinical expertise with approachability and know when to act independently and when to escalate.You will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 5 years'' clinical nursing experience (aged care or community settings ideal)Demonstrated experience supporting or leading clinical teamsStrong clinical assessment and care planning skillsSound understanding of aged care legislation, standards and quality frameworksConfidence with clinical documentation systems and digital toolsClear, respectful communication skills with residents, families and teamsCommitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvementHighly desirable:Experience in medication management, chronic disease, wound, palliative or continence careExperience as a Clinical Trainer or AssessorWhy Anglicare?At Anglicare, you''ll find purpose, support and professional respect.
