Your work will directly support clinicians, coding teams and healthcare delivery.Perform document imaging, scanning, quality control and validation of clinical recordsDigitise paper and electronic forms into the electronic medical record (eMR)Retrieve, track, file and manage destruction of healthcare records in line with policy and legislationMaintain electronic tracking systems and coordinate off-site storage requestsDeliver professional customer service while meeting KPIs, productivity targets and compliance standardsHow To ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Experience in an administrative position and/or knowledge and experience in health administrative functions.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise your workload so that you are able to meet deadlinesProven attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.Developed computer skills and/or experience with document imaging, patient administrations systems and Microsoft Office suite.Excellent customer service skills with sound oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work as a productive team member and contribute to a positive team culture.Demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles and how they are applied in the hospital setting.Previous Applicants need not re-applyRequisition ID: REQ643138Applications Close: 3 March 2026Need more information?Discover more about the application process.Review the detailed Position Description for insights into role requirements and criteria.
