Join us, and achieve something great.Are You the Right Fit?Offering expert clinical advice and coordinating care for patients with complex and high-risk presentations. Providing leadership in clinical governance, including practice review, supervision, and professional support for Registered and Enrolled NursesLeading the integration and sharing of research and evidence-based practice to enhance emergency nursing outcomesDesigning, delivering, and evaluating specialist education programs, alongside the development of contemporary learning resourcesSupporting strategic service planning, contributing to service development initiatives, and evaluating clinical performance and outcomes Selection CriteriaTo help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Division 1, with a minimum five years full time equivalent post registration experience, with a minimum of three years full-time experience in the specialty field. In addition the employee must have approved post graduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which appointed, or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD or working towards same.Demonstrated ability to provide an expert client-centred consultancy practice participating in direct patient care provisions.Act as an exemplary role model by living the organisations values; while providing effective leadership through direction, coaching and demonstrating expert knowledge, complex decision-making skills, and clinical competencies to practice at an advanced or expanded level.Contribute to the development and management of clinical processes such as policies and procedures with demonstrated ability to access, read and interpret research findings in current literature.Demonstrated excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of staff within a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrates high level capabilities in critical thinking and problem solving, with higher order conflict resolution and negotiation abilitiesDemonstrate ability to provide education on complex clinical issues to clinicians, patients and carers, with demonstrated participation in formal and informal education programs with ability to identify educational needs for the organisation.If you''d like more details, we''re here to help.Position InformationApplicants will be assessed against the criteria in the Position Description.How to ApplyRead our application guide and tips for improving your application.
