This role is pivotal in guiding and supporting staff to deliver high-quality patient care aligned with best practise standards and legislative requirements.The Interventional Procedure Centre comprises of:2 cardiac catheter labs1 pain management and radiology catheter lab8 Recovery BedsAs the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of departmental staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring coordination with internal and external stakeholders involved in patient care.This dynamic, fast-paced role is a key senior nursing leadership position, working closely with the Cardiac Services Manager to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organisational objectives.Essential CriteriaCurrently registered as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.Minimum 5 years clinical experience in cardiac nursing, with demonstrated leadership capabilitiesPost graduate qualifications in nursing management or a related clinical speciality (or working towards)Proven ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team in a complex healthcare environmentStrong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement processExcellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsWhat''s in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
