Your day-to-day will include:Patient Care & SupportWelcoming patients with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments and managing patient data Assisting with general enquiries and providing a calm presence Reception & AdministrationHandling payments and billing (Medicare, Private Health, DVA, etc) Managing medical records with confidentiality Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area Responding to internal emails and coordinating with clinical staff Team CollaborationWorking independently and as part of a supportive team Communicating with referring doctors and other stakeholders Providing coverage during staff leave when needed What You''ll BringStrong communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, medical software) Understanding of medical terminology Previous experience in radiology or medical reception is a plus Ready to Apply?If you''re passionate about patient care and want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we''d love to hear from you.
