We are looking for a nurse who can thrive on an 8:00 am 2:00 pm schedule, who would be able to maintain our morning flow.You''ll be a great fit if you are:A "Needle Pro": You are exceptionally confident with blood collection and immunisations. Venepuncture (blood collection) is our only true non-negotiable. You must be highly confident and competent in drawing blood throughout the day.Warm & Calm: You have a presence that immediately puts a nervous patient (or a new parent) at ease.Self-Aware: You are confident in your skills but humble enough to know what you don''t know. We value comfortable clinicians asking for help.Collaborative: We have a "no-ego" culture. We support one another, and we expect our nurse to be a proactive team player.Independent & Proactive: You enjoy owning your space and managing your clinical duties without needing constant direction.Confident with: Immunisations, dressings, baby checks, health assessments, ECGs, care plans, vaccine/stock management, and assisting with iron infusions.Your ResponsibilitiesPathology: High-volume blood collection (essential).Clinical Care: Immunisations (all ages), dressings, baby checks, and health assessments.Procedural: Assisting with iron infusions, ECGs, and care plans.Practice Management: Vaccine cold chain management and stock ordering.Software: Experience with Best Practice is a plus, but we can train a fast learner.The BenefitsThe Structure: 5 days per week is preferred (minimum of 4 hours per day).
