The successful candidate will assist allied health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting therapy programs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospital settings, rehabilitation services, community health, or allied health support roles.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist allied health professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.) with therapy sessions and treatment plansSupport patients with mobility, exercises, and daily therapy activitiesPrepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areasMaintain accurate patient documentation and clinical recordsAssist with patient transport and positioning as requiredFollow infection control, safety, and healthcare compliance standardsProvide compassionate and professional patient supportCoordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as an Allied Health Assistant or Healthcare AssistantStrong understanding of patient care and clinical support practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentHigh attention to detail and professionalismPhysical capability to assist patients safelyPreferred QualificationsCertificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, aged care, or community health settingsKnowledge of NDIS, therapy programs, or clinical documentationExperience working within Australian healthcare systemsWhy Join IIQAF GroupCompetitive salary: AUD 64,000 AUD 75,000 per yearStable role in the Hospital / Health Care industrySupportive multidisciplinary clinical environmentOngoing training and career progression opportunities
