Little Tree Practice is seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join its boutique private practice in Bondi Junction. Due to a high volume of referrals for child, adolescent, and youth assessment and management, we are looking for two or more Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join Little Tree on a full-time or part-time basis. Adult psychiatrists interested in expanding their practice to include the youth demographic (18-25 years old) are also welcome to apply.Established in 2018 by Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Dr Jennifer Harris, Little Tree provides a welcoming space for children, teenagers, young people, and their families. We have expanded our services to include assessments and ongoing support for young adults, focusing on accurate diagnosis and collaborative care with allied health professionals in both private and public sectors.Located at Harley Place, 251 Oxford St, Bondi Junction, Little Tree offers on-site parking and a large administrative team supported by our practice manager. Rooms are equipped with Xestro practice software and app, allowing clinicians to access clinical information and manage bookings from their phones. Clinicians set their own consultation fees, with our admin team handling payments and Medicare claims. E-script capabilities and secure communication via Healthlink and Medical Objects are also available.Our team currently includes three Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, a registered Psychologist, and a Mental Health Occupational Therapist. We have expanded into new rooms on the same floor to accommodate additional clinicians. We receive a steady stream of referrals from GPs, specialists, school counselors, and psychologists. All rooms are naturally lit and spacious enough for families and individual patients.
