The CompanyOur client is a leading Fitout & Refurbishment head contractor with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional commercial projects in NSW, QLD, and VIC.The RoleAs Head of Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and overseeing all aspects of project execution from pre-construction planning to final delivery.You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance and safety standards, and ensuring project delivery meets timelines and budget requirements.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact on major projects.Team Development & Leadership: Identify training needs, set and achieve KPIs, and provide guidance to the project team.Pre-Project Planning & Delivery: Support the design team in value engineering, oversee estimating processes, and manage project delivery to align with business goals.RequirementsBachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture or a related fieldProficiency in RevitStrong industry and technical knowledge, with expertise in ArchitectureExceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlinesDetail-oriented with a strategic mindset and drive for high performance in project deliveryStrong background in construction documentationIdeally experience with Hospital or Health ProjectsHow to Apply: If you are interested in this role, please submit your CV (including projects) to [email protected] or call 02 8079 0980. #J-18808-Ljbffr
