We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.Purpose of the RoleBGIS is seeking a detail-oriented Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator to provide operational and compliance support for a major government office in Berkshire Park. Reporting directly to the Portfolio Compliance Manager, this client-facing role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of data, reporting, and asset information.You will work closely with senior executives, BGIS colleagues, and service providers, ensuring asset registers and maintenance schedules are accurate, up to date, and aligned with contractual and compliance requirements.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional yet friendly environment, enjoys working independently, and values being part of a supportive, close-knit team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update asset registers and CMMS data Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and vendor performance Review PPM invoices and purchase orders for accuracy Assist in preparing reports, audits, and compliance documentation Support Facilities Managers and client representatives with contract and vendor administration Participate in monthly reporting, compliance checks, and process improvements Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and BGIS teamsEducation, Experience & SkillsEssential:3 years'' experience in facilities, asset, or contract administration (all levels encouraged to apply) Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Good organisational skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential) Australian Citizenship or ResidencyDesirable:Previous experience with CMMS or asset management systems Background in facilities management or property services Ability to read and interpret service reports or technical documentsWorkplace FlexibilityThis role is based on-site in Berkshire Park, close to public transport, shops, and amenities.
