The service prides themselves on creating a quality learning environment and promoting a strong sense of belonging within the local community. The Service is adjacent to a bush reserve which presents opportunities for the children to explore and traverse our large playground and to be at one with nature.This is arare Permanent Opportunity to join us as a Preschool Director to innovate, inspire, motivate and lead a dedicated team. You will bring your sound pedagogical knowledge, experience of developing and maintaining relationships with children and families, rostering, mentoring, daily routines, policy implementation whilst building a harmonious working environment.This role will be split teaching on the floor 5 days and 5 days a fortnight dedicated to administration duties.
