Are You the Right Fit?We''re Looking For a Social Work Professional Who Brings Both Passion And Expertise To Student Education And Clinical Practice. You''ll Thrive In This Role If You Have:A recognised Social Work qualification and a strong professional grounding in contemporary social work practice.Significant experience working in health settings, with an ability to understand and respond to complex clinical and psychosocial needs.A strong track record in student education, including coordinating placements and fostering meaningful learning experiences.Confidence in navigating challenging situations, making wellreasoned decisions, and maintaining composure under pressure.Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, leaders, and university partners.Experience providing clinical supervision and highlevel guidance to others within the social work profession.A commitment to improving services through evidencebased practice, and experience driving or contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands while working both independently and as part of a specialised multidisciplinary team.
