Employment TypePermanentClosing Date17 Feb :59pmJob TitleGN&T and InfraCo Relationship Lead PrincipalJob SummaryThis role leads and coordinates the commercial relationship between Telstra''s, Global Network & Technology (GN&T) group, and InfraCo and Amplitel (The role manages and optimises: Intercompany Agreements (ICA) Primary Services Agreements (PSA) Ancillary Services Agreements (ASA) Ways of working and operational excellence Simplification of group interlockThe position acts in partnership with InfraCo as a Strategic Partner delivering unique value to Telstra and enabling the Connected Future 2030 strategy.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesCustomerEnsure customer needs and service expectations are clearly represented in all interactions.Commercial ManagementOptimise ICA, PSA and ASA agreements to ensure:Fair and reasonable value is achievedServices are delivered consistently and without contentionMaintain strong commercial governance and operational alignment.Value CreationAct as the central interface between Telstra and InfraCo to identify, prioritise, and deliver valueadding opportunities.GN&T RepresentationServe as the escalation point for commercial matters unresolved in operational forumsLead/coordinate strategic initiatives to optimise GN&T outcomes.Lead and represent GN&T in joint forumsAlign GN&T expectations with service delivery outcomesCollaborate across GN&T (e.g., Engineering Commercial, Fixed Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Fixed Services) to meet strategic, operational, technology, compliance, and financial needsPerformance & InnovationIdentify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and stronger operational interlockBuild rapport and trust through regular communication and personalised supportQualifications & ExperienceEssentialDemonstrable leadership and teammanagement capabilityProven Executive level communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrable Polished Executive level presentation skillsProficiency in budget management and financial analysisHighly DesirableBachelor''s degree in either Engineering or BusinessDeep understanding of Telstra''s Network InfrastructureExperience leading large, diverse teamsProven Commercial experience, management of Commercial relationship SLA''s contracts including, contract transaction workExtensive deep experience in clientfacing roles, preferably in business development or account managementPersonal AttributesStrong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and problemsolving abilitiesStrategic thinker with a datadriven approach to decisionmakingAble to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities from Executive stakeholdersStrong organisational and timemanagement skills
