This includes embedding academic, digital and professional literacies in units and courses with academic staff, and delivering concurrent support programs to all students, especially those most at risk.You are committed to research-informed design and best practice in inclusive program delivery. Your expertise and experience allow you to lead academic, digital, and professional literacies programs to maximise student success. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think strategically and creatively, allow you to respond proactively to faculty-specific needs and priorities. Equally, your positive and flexible approach to unexpected or changing circumstances enables you to support both colleagues and stakeholders thoughtfully and effectively.
